From a serene yoga workout to a zumba. Ever since i discovered the dance aerobics form and watched myself sweat like a waterfall, stopping hasn’t been easy. Humming a tune at work and feeling the dance rhythms in my head, it suddenly feels like the hidden adrenaline pulled itself up and laughed out aloud!
No more boring fitness routines that i used to shun. Getting myself into a gym however ‘gold’ the promise, was something i just couldn’t bring myself to doing, while a suryanamaskar fit in so nicely. Even a walk in the park, but never a gym or anything that resembled a machine. And, lo, walked in the zumba trainer. Life has not been the same…:)
